Office Administrator; National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry [NFCYM]

The Office Administrator is a full-time, exempt team member who reports to the Executive Director. Their role involves efficiently and strategically supporting the day-to-day business, administrative, and financial operations and managing administrative tasks related to two grant-funded initiatives through collaboration with members and stakeholders.

The Director of Worship facilitates the worship life of the diocese by coordinating and providing quality prayer and liturgical experiences which help people encounter Jesus; ensures the connection between worship and evangelization; orchestrates the calendar of liturgical celebrations and prayer services to ensure the integrity of the liturgical year. Attention should be given to sensitivity to cultural diversity.

Assistant Secretary for Pastoral Ministry and Social Concerns (Archdiocese of Washington, DC)

The Assistant Secretary for Pastoral Ministry assists the Secretary of Pastoral Ministry and Social Concerns in the implementation of all archdiocesan initiatives focused on discipleship.  The Assistant Secretary will supervise the discipleship work team in PMSC, which includes the Offices of Campus Ministry and Young Adults, Family Life, and CYO Inc.

Director of Liturgy and Worship; Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondolet (Los Angeles)

The full time Director of Liturgy and Worship is responsible for promoting liturgy as the heart of the CSJ Mission/charism in our province community and Carondelet Center by providing creative, visionary, and pastoral leadership that animates “full, conscious, and active participation in liturgical celebrations called for by the very nature of the liturgy.” (SC #14).

Director of Music; The Basilica of Saint Mary (Minneapolis, MN)

The Director of Music will oversee all aspects of the music ministry at the Basilica of Saint Mary—including traditional, contemporary, and world music ensembles for musicians of all ages—and will play an essential role in the implementation of the sacred arts through the maximum use of staff and volunteers who reflect the diversity of our parish’s membership.
