The pastoral associate works in coordination with the Pastor and other parish staff on all Pastoral areas of parish life: coordinates and runs the RCIA; pastoral care to the sick and homebound, evangelization and faith-sharing groups; tribunal advocate; young adult program; end of life programs and funeral planning.
The coordinator’s principal responsibility is the formation and preparation of liturgical ministers and liturgical committees, specifically, as the coordinator of the work of the Diocesan Worship Commission.
